Document Deixis in the CL Corpus
Documents in a wide range of genres usually contain references to their own sections, pictures etc. We call these references instances of Document Deixis. In this report we describe a small investigation on the incidence of document-deictic descriptions in corpora that has been omitted from our study on the generation of these references in (Paraboni, 2003).
